This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use our websites (including leadia.us) and services, such as our legal referral and partner programs (collectively, the “Services”).

No Legal Advice / No Attorney–Client Relationship

Leadia is a marketing and legal referral platform. We are not a law firm and we are not attorneys. Nothing on our website or in our communications (including forms, calls, emails, or chat) is legal advice. Submitting information to Leadia does not create an attorney–client relationship. If you engage a participating law firm, your relationship is exclusively with that firm under its engagement terms.

Important Disclosures

Leadia is a marketing and legal referral platform. We do not provide legal services. Independent participating law firms provide legal services under their own professional obligations.
